Zanshin karate club was first established in 1976, the honbu (main) dojo is in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Linden Huckle is the UK chief instructor and has been training for over 50 years.
Linden Huckle Sensei is also the founder of ShotokanKarateOnline.com, an online dojo that has hundreds of members from all over the world.
The Honbu Dojo and supporting Zanshin Dojo are run by Sandra Ingham Sensei 4th Dan, who has been training for over 30 years, she is assisted by her son Marcus Ingham Sensei 5th Dan, who was a former member of the England KUGB karate squad. He has many, many tournament victories. Both home and international victories are many.
We also have an extremely strong and experienced group of Sensei who help teach and have their own karate Dojo.
The club is very family orientated and caters for all ages, irrespective of fitness levels.
Our karate club is a Shotokan based dojo, with an influence from Shito-ryu and Okinawan karatedo.
